Where do I find my serial number?
Serial numbers are required for all rebate claims. They are printed on a metal tag or sticker directly on your appliance. For refrigerators, check inside the main compartment walls. For ranges, check the door frame or behind the bottom drawer. For laundry, check inside the door rim.
Can I submit a claim before my appliance is delivered?
No. Manufacturers require the physical serial number of the unit to process the claim, which you won't have until the appliance is delivered to your home. Do not submit a claim with just an order number, as it will be rejected.
How long does it take to receive my rebate?
Processing times vary, but generally, you should expect to receive your prepaid card in the mail (or via email for digital cards) within 6 to 8 weeks after your submission is approved by GE.
Do open box or floor models qualify?
In most cases, yes! As long as the item has never been registered by a previous consumer and is within the qualifying date range, GE will typically honor the rebate. However, be sure to check the specific fine print of the offer you are applying for.
